Luke Middendorf – Managing Director
A Bay Area native, Luke is an expert in creating strategic digital marketing campaigns, he is passionate about helping his clients increase their lead generation and conversion rates. At WSI Connect Luke oversees sales, marketing, and business development, as well as client strategy.
Prior to WSI Luke lead the Western Region at Smartling, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application devolved to help modernize and simplify the translation and localization process for global businesses and Web 2.0 companies. Previous to that Luke was on the leadership team at Vontu, an enterprise software solution focused on Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Vontu was acquired by Symantec in 2007 for $350 million. At Symantec Luke was responsible for leading the DLP expansion into Latin America, completing projects for some of the largest accounts in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and the Dominican Republic.
Luke holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of San Diego. He also holds the following digital marketing certifications:

Tabitha Middendorf – Creative Director
Tabitha has lived and traveled all over the world. She is the magic behind the success of WSI Connect. Tabitha oversees graphic design, content marketing, email marketing, and social media promotions and engagement.
She is also deeply engaged with several nonprofits such as the Bay Area Crisis Nursery, Clayton Relay for Life (American Cancer Society), and Team In Training (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) serving as Mentor and Captain for several seasons.
Prior to WSI Connect Tabitha was on the Business Development team at Blue Shield of California and was a compliance specialist at Irwin Financial Corporation.
Tabitha graduated Magna Cum Laude from Golden Gate University with a degree in Business Administration.
Navi Vernon – Sales Director
Navi manages sales growth at WSI Connect. She is a client-centered strategist whose sales philosophy revolves around four principles: listen, learn, clarify, and align.
Before joining WSI Connect, Navi managed a multi-state client base for a Boston area training and development firm. Her clients included Fortune 100 companies and covered a variety of industries from high-tech and telecommunications to energy and construction. Experience and expertise in building long-term relationships through trust and responsiveness are cornerstones of Navi’s strengths.
Navi holds a B.A. in Communication Arts and a M.A. in Liberal Studies, from Indiana University. She also holds the following digital marketing certifications:
In her spare time, Navi is an enthusiastic writer and an avid camper and hiker.
