WSI Connect is a fast growing, digital marketing agency, that is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our awesome team as a Sales Executive.

We will provide training for key responsibilities. This is a remote (telecommute) position so attention to detail, time management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive self-motivation are absolutely essential to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
Sales are the lifeline of our business and new customer acquisition is the key to our growth. The inside sales executive will be responsible for the following:
- Manage activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- LinkedIn prospecting.
- Calling active prospects based on lead score.
- Generate new leads.
- Propose and sell, services and client solutions.
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Work with operations team to onboard new clients.
- Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.
- Path for growth
We expect this role to evolve into a Director level position after the first year. We are looking for someone that aspires to become a sales leader and build a world-class sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success in every stage of the deal.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Highly self-motivated, ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- B.S./B.A degree, or combination of education and work experience.
- 4+ years related sales experience.
- Bonus if you have experience working with HubSpot.
